Terms of Service

This is a private tool built for the Luvhengo family, not a commercial product. These terms are written in plain language for family use, not as formal legal advice - if the family ever needs binding legal terms, an admin should have them reviewed properly.

1. Purpose

This system exists to track voluntary family fund contributions and to maintain the Luvhengo family tree. It is provided for the use of Luvhengo family members and those they invite, at the discretion of the system's admins.

2. Accounts and approval

New registrations require admin approval before access is granted. Admins may approve, reject, or suspend any account, and may add members who are unable to register themselves. Account information should be accurate - it's used to track real financial contributions.

3. Payments and accuracy

Contribution records are only as accurate as the bank statements and manual entries admins process. Members who believe their contribution isn't reflected correctly should raise it with an admin, who can review and correct the record. Reporting a payment yourself does not make it official until an admin confirms it.

4. The family tree

Family tree entries (names, relationships, deceased status) are maintained collaboratively by members and admins in good faith. Deceased status may only be set by an admin.

5. Privacy

Information entered here is visible to other approved family members and admins as needed for the system to function (for example, contribution totals and family tree placement). It is not shared outside the family system.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the system grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
